Many organisations are piloting AI applications in treasury. In the last year, we have seen a significant improvement in the capacity of AI models to support with the day to day tasks in treasury operations. The next step for treasuries is to build use cases to simplify and automate treasury processes leveraging AI technologies. In this training we will build proof of concepts for three different use cases within the Treasury team.
The use cases of the training will be:
• Cash management
• Bank account management
• FX hedging

Typical structure:
The hackathon will be done over 6 hours
1. Briefing/introduction
a. Objectives and expected outputs
b. Challenge briefing: explanation on the three use cases that we will work on
c. Connectors and tools: overview of available data sets and interfaces; explanation of how solutions will use data and prompts
2. Hackaton (2 x 2 hours)
a. Work in groups to develop a solution
b. Each participant will be able to work on two of the three use cases
3. Demo sessions (1 hour)
a. Presentations of each group
b. Key learnings and wrap up
